We all know adequate sleep is vital to our physical health and our emotional well-being. Yet, many people struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep for the recommended eight hours a night.
Taught by Soul Story Yoga instructor Deb Milligan — This workshop will help participants identify lifestyle and environmental factors that may be interfering with the ability to get a good night’s sleep and will make recommendations for change, improvement, and development of a personal bedtime routine.
Learn and practice a pranayama (breathing) technique that promotes relaxation and a yoga sequence designed to promote deep, restful sleep. The sequence will end with a soothing self massage for the feet and a guided relaxation.
